Quickest car buying experience ever! We drove from Louisville to get the Giulia they had just received. Brock was great and listened to what I wanted. (I had originally wanted an Audi TT but after test driving knew it wasn't for me.) We negotiated a price, and had our own financing. After getting there to pick up the car, it took about half an hour to finish the paperwork and drive off! Excellent! (Nobody in the business and apparently in the entire town wears masks, however.)
My salesman BROCK was pretty amazing! Him and the Manager went Above and Beyond to help me and my fiance. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the F/I manager. Unfriendly and rushed me through all my documents without explaing them at all!

Spoke with Daniel Kolley by phone in regards to a used Fiat Spyder. Based on his description we traveled 5 1/2 hrs from Ohio to test drive it. Upon arrival we found the car to be exactly as he described. Test drove and within 20 minutes we had a deal that worked for both parties. Cant say enough about the relaxed atmosphere throughout the buying process. Dan being busy we were promptly take care of by Greg Robertson who could not have been better. Our vans transmission went out right in front of skillman. They took us in was nice as could be went beyond nice we had to buy a new one at there buy here pay here. They gave the boys hot wheels and coloring books and when my youngest was throwing a fit the managers secretary gave him some fruit which settled him right down. I will buy all my cars here from now on
I went in not having a clue what I wanted to do! I called ahead of time spoke with Sydney About the letter I received from them! I told her I was on my way! she greeted me outside! Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure I was geting what I wanted! They worked with me for a few days! Having cars brought to the store and peaked my interest! From the very beginning I was met by the friendliest group of sales people in all my years of buying cars. Sam and Olivia we so polite and kind and did everything they could to make my time at the dealership as pleasant and welcoming as they could.
Mike and Kati were wonderful! Kati was very perceptive and responsive to our likes and dislikes and Mike was very willing to work within our budget and find us additional cars to trial from another Skillman dealer up the road. All in all we ended up with the first one we trialed. It’s a great car and looks, feels and drives as if it was brand new. I love it!!
